Specific Foods for Weightloss  
Okay, this is just a short list of specific foods that aid or promote weightloss. Do not be deceived though, always remember to count calories & take fat into consideration. Nuts have many nutritional advantages but you never want to go overboard with them. Most nuts are high in fact. Moderation is the key in all things. With that said:

Beets- aids in weight loss, controls blood pressure, combats cancer, strengthens bones, and protects your heart

cabbage- promotes weightloss, combats cancer, prevents constipation, protects your heart, helps herorrhoids

carrots- promotes weightloss, saves eyesight, protects your heart, prevents constipation, combats cancer

chestnuts- promotes weightloss, protects your heart, lowers cholesterol, combats cancer, controls blood pressure

figs- promotes weight loss, helps stop strokes, lowers cholesterol, combats cancer, controls blood pressure

grapefruit- promotes weightloss, protects against heart attacks, helps stop strokes, combats prostate cancer, lowers cholesterol

green tea- promotes weightloss, combats cancer, protects your heart, helps stop strokes, kills bacteria

olive oil- promotes weightloss, protects your heart, combats cancer, battles diabetes, smoothes skin

peanuts- promotes weightloss, protects against heart disease, combats prostate cancer, lowers cholestrol, (*warning aggravates diverticulitis)
